We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up. 

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a 48 hour notice as noted upon booking your appointment. We are an appointment only spa and appointment times are limited as we do have a waitlist of clients. 

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the reserved services.
